Run, Fat Boy, Run
Sean of the Dead, was a great movie and Hot Fuzz was pretty good, but I'm not sure Simon Pegg has figured out how to make a good movie without gimics. Thats the problem with Run, Fatboy, Run. The joke behind Pegg's previous two movies is they childishly portray films of the past. The r fighting off zombies and over the top police tactics don't translate to a family comedy, but work great in his prior projects. The language didn't translate either. I missed the innovative editing, the clear audience and mayhem of previous movies.
