Chelsea, awesomely, lost to Manchester United today by 3 goals. The team has completely fallen apart. Who thought they'd miss Avram Grant? Why isn't Anelka starting? These guys need work.

I've never been more convinced that the NFL is fixed. The referees are treated like shit and the role players aren't paid that well, either. For 2 straight weeks the game where that is a slam dunk (ie the 2 Cardinals wins) have come through with big victories. That means big money for the book makers. The league was founded by gamblers and, despite Roger Goodel, things haven't changed.
